Customer Service Representative: Full-Time position working Monday through Friday. As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer inbound customer calls. Qualifications include reliability, self-motivation, excellent verbal communication skills, customer relation skills, problem-solving skills, and technology proficiency.

Advertising

Digital Advertising Sales Executive: Full-time position. Responsible for selling advertising solutions to customers which include both print and digital offerings. Position requires spending the most time making face to face sales calls. Assigned sales territory requires driving in excess of 5 hours daily, over a 30-mile radius. The position is also asked to attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings as directed by the Advertising management team and to complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion. The position is in charge of collecting any past due balances when needed and to be aware of all active account history. The position will be assigned a monthly sales goal and is expected to meet sales goals 75% of the time. Base salary with a monthly bonus plan.

Production

Driver(s): Part-time positions. (one nights / one days). Wrapping and preparing pallets of printed papers, loading company truck, delivering to and unloading at customer sites or post offices. Routes available from Kansas City to Saint Louis as well as some local deliveries. Missouri "E" license required.

Mailroom Inserter / Laborer(s): Part-time positions. (day & nights available). Moving pallets with pallet jacks (or forklift if certified); loading multiple preprints into inserting machine hoppers, assisting with labeling / mailings, wrapping skids, catching papers off press, any / all general duties throughout mailroom operation.
